Any isolated person, ages 18 to 65, meeting with housing difficulties, with minimum resources and entitled to Individual Housing Grant (A.P.L.)
To be domiciled in the Bouches-du-Rhône.

For every admission, a housing application will be considered by an allocation commission after an interview.

Housing capacity, length of stay

107 furnished rooms.
Temporary accommodation except older migrants.
1 month residence contract renewable by tacit agreement.

Services

Locally-based management: rental and social.
Provision of sheets and blankets with laundry-service.
Community kitchen;
Building without lift.
Activities room with television lounge and library.
Utility-room: washing- machines, tumble-drier.
Green spaces.
