Alotra mobilizes!

Alotra mobilizes!

Following our government’s announcements, new containment is being applied across the country, to fight the new wave of the Covid-19 epidemic.

As of October 29, 2020, the members of CODIR Alotra updated the "Business Continuity Plan" .

Alotra's teams are constantly mobilized to maintain business continuity with our audiences. The staff present on site represents a presenteeism rate of 100%. A daily presence is ensured on site, with a refocusing of the activity allowing, among other things:
> to carry out the necessary communication of information intended for residents (posters in several languages),
> maintain a link with residents, and encourage compliance with confinement,
> to identify possible cases of suspected Covid-19 disease, and to support these people as much as necessary (see link to a general practitioner, diagnosis and referral, home follow-up by a mobile team of nurses, etc.) ,
> to apply and enforce the instructions of the State (see provision of "exit exemptions" forms, compliance with "barrier instructions", isolation of persons suspected of contamination, etc.),
> ensure the payment of the fee, and if necessary allow the deferral with, if necessary, the establishment of a provisional clearance plan,
> to ensure the management of waste for obvious sanitary issues, and more generally a suitable household / cleaning / disinfection of common areas,
> provide support to residents in their administrative and health procedures,
> to maintain the activities according to strict sanitary rules (barrier gestures, limited number of people, regularly ventilated space, compulsory wearing of the mask, hydroalcoholic gel made available, room cleaned and disinfected, use of outdoor spaces as much as possible).

Finally, thanks to State services, we will proceed in the coming days with a distribution of masks for all residents of social residences and in partnership with the association Banlieues santé, we will distribute hygiene kits (in particular hydroalcoholic gel) and food packages.

We have been conducting COVID-19 screenings on social residences for several weeks. To date, we have no proven cases of COVID-19 among residents and we remain extremely vigilant in reception areas where barrier gestures are more difficult to enforce.

From now on, we will have to learn to live and work with the coronavirus and we will have to keep the organization of work and offices in terms of health and safety. Our ability to adapt and our agility to continue will allow this. The last few months have proven that to us.

Through our commitment and our mobilization, without forgetting all our partners and neighbors for their outbursts of solidarity, Together and united , we take care of our audiences and we can be proud of what we are accomplishing.
