The implementation of the priorities of the Local Public Health Plan (axis 1: "Access to Care and Rights"), pursuing the objectives of supporting the precarious public in their medical follow-up and reducing the difficulties of access to care , associates a large number of partners in the organization of Health Forums with residents of ALOTRA social residences.

The Health Forums, realized within our social residences gather each year, more than twenty professionals of health, institutional, associative and liberal.
All the partners testify to a real impact of this action of proximity (sanitary, administrative and social) on the follow-up and the mobilization of the residents.
This type of action highlights certain health needs: opening of rights for social security coverage (CMU), creation of complementary health assistance files, diabetic and drug monitoring, preparation of occupational disease records, making appointments for screening for tuberculosis, scheduling medical examinations (scanners, EFR respiratory function tests), initiating follow-ups and professional interviews, etc.

Ces forums sont l’occasion d’amener l’information auprès des publics visés. Ils déclenchent aussi une démarche de mobilisation sociale des résidents, face à laquelle les professionnels entendent engager une démarche globale de prévention.
